Nicola
Nicola holds a VCTC Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, a BSc(Hons) in Sports Science and is a member of the Sports Massage Association and has been working as a Sports Massage Therapist for several years.
Nicola has always been interested in and had a passion for sport and the human body, from swimming competitively as a child to studying Sports Science at University and being extremely active in many sports and adventurous activities. She loves being a Sports massage therapist Prior to becoming a Sports Massage Therapist, Nicola spent 10 years serving in the British Army, as a Captain in the Royal Logistics Corps. Having suffered a few different injuries along the way, and being treated successfully with regular sports massage; she experienced first-hand the benefits of Sports Massage. Nicola now really enjoys combining her interests being a Sports Massage therapist; helping others overcome their pain and discomfort and keep healthy.
Nicola enjoys spending time and being active with her family; she has 3 children and a dog. She loves spending time in the outdoors and nature; walking her dog, cycling, running, hiking and skiing.
