Self Funding Patients
Although your official follow up time is half an hour you maybe here longer if equipment is used for no extra charge)
There will be a 100% charge for missed appointment unless 24 hours notice is given.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your initial assessment in order to fill out relevant paperwork.
You can settle fees by BACS, cash, cheque or credit/debit card at the end of each session.
Insured Patients
There will be a 100% charge for missed appointment unless 24 hours notice is given. The charge is equivalent to our self funding rate. Insured patients have an appointment time of half an hour.
To enable us to invoice your insurer directly, please can you provide us with the following information before your first appointment:

Membership or Policy Reference Number

Claim authorisation number

The number of sessions/length of time you are authorised for treatment

Details of any excess on the policy
