Emma

Emma graduated in 2012 from The University of Hertfordshire. Since then she has developed an interest in sports rehabilitation and in the developing/growing younger athlete.

Emma has worked as a Physiotherapist with a professional cycling team as a Soigneur, Essex rugby, the London Marathon, West Ham academy, Arsenal Ladies Academy and has spent a year as head physiotherapist for Arsenal Ladies. 

Emma shares a strong opinion that Pilates and balance training can help improve sporting performance therefore she currently enjoys going on courses to learn new exercises and ideas that her patients can endure!

Emma has qualified in Functional Movement Screening (FMS) 

The highlight of her career so far was winning the FA Cup 2016 with Arsenal Ladies in front of a record crowd at Wembley Stadium. 

 

Away from work Emma enjoys keeping fit, dog walking and riding her horse Doris.
