SI Medical Ltd provides you with access to fully qualified chartered physiotherapists for the purpose of delivering physiotherapy services via video consulting.

Due to the nature of the fact that  during video consultations the physiotherapists are not in direct contact with the Clients, the Service cannot meet the needs of every Client. The Claydon Clinic will endeavour to provide online advice based on the information supplied by you and as a result of additional questions asked by the physiotherapist. Online physiotherapy management/advice can never be as comprehensive as a face-to-face appointment with a Chartered Physiotherapist. Medical information provided by www.theclaydonclinic.com in the absence of  face to face consultation with one of our physiotherapists , must be considered as an educational service only. The information should not be relied upon as a medical consultation.We will do our best to provide you with information that will help you make your own health care decisions.

The contractual agreement for treatment is between the specific physiotherapist undertaking your physiotherapy session and you. SI Medical Ltd cannot be held liable for any claim arising from the outcome of that physiotherapy session. Physiotherapist employed by The Claydon Clinic are fully insured through the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.

Services provided by SI Medical Ltd via this website are solely for those who access this website from the United Kingdom.

Bookings 

 

These are the terms on which We will accept bookings for appointments made via the site. You are responsible and must ensure that the booking details on any booking and as entered onto the site are complete and accurate before you submit the booking. If a mistake has been made please correct this as soon as possible or email theclaydonclinic@btinternet.com for help. 

Acceptance of any booking will  only take place when you receive a confirmation email from www.theclaydonclinic.com

 

SI Medical Ltd can exclude any person from using its services.

 

SI Medical Ltd cannot guarantee that all the services will always be accessible. 

 

Charges for the Services will be made clear at the time of booking. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed. Payment is made in advance at the time of booking. If the terms of bookings change then the terms will also remain the same for confirmed bookings. 

 

Your rights to cancel or reschedule your appointment are specified in your booking confirmation, the cancellation policy applies. In order to qualify for a refund, cancellations must be received within 24hours of your appointment. Should cancellations be received within 24 hours your booking will unfortunately still be charged at the full rate.
